AGM batteries charged by solar panels keep lights, USB outlets, and the heater running for days off-grid.

Built-in diesel heater runs off the fuel tank to keep you warm, even in mountain conditions.

Sleeps Up to 3
Class B Sprinter conversions with comfortable sleeping for a maximum of 3 people.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Pick-Up
Scheduled by appointment between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on your start date. Allow at least 1 hour for a full orientation and vehicle walk-through. Earlier pick-up may be accommodated as a courtesy but is not guaranteed.
Drop-Off
Return by 11:00 AM on your scheduled return date. Allow 30 minutes for check-out. Late returns without prior approval will incur an additional night charge.

Booking Policies
Payment
We accept all major credit cards via our secure online booking system. A 50% deposit is due at booking if your trip is more than 30 days away; full payment is due 30 days prior to your rental start date.
For bookings made within 30 days of pickup, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
A $1,500 CAD security deposit hold is placed on your credit card on the day of pickup. This covers any potential damages, cleaning fees, late returns, or policy violations.
The deposit is released within 14 business days after the vehicle is returned undamaged, subject to a 10-day post-rental inspection.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy:
- 60+ days before rental: Full refund minus a $100 booking and processing fee
- 30–60 days before rental: 50% refund
- Within 30 days of rental: No refund
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Mileage Policy
Each rental includes 200 km per night of free mileage. Additional kilometres are charged at $0.45/km, assessed at return.
For example, a 5-night rental includes 1,000 km of driving.
Pets
Pets are welcome but must be confirmed at the time of booking. A $165 deep-cleaning fee applies, and any pet-related damages will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the card on file.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental vehicle. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee.
Accidents & Breakdowns
What to do if something goes wrong
In the event of an accident, consult your Rental Agreement for guidance and reach out to our team right away.
For emergencies, dial 9-1-1 first. Any accident with estimated damage exceeding $2,000 requires a police report filed with the local authority where the incident took place, and you must notify Outdoor Thrills Van Co. promptly.
If the van breaks down or needs towing, contact roadside assistance right away. For mechanical issues with internal components, we'll troubleshoot with you over the phone to get you moving again as fast as we can. If you're within 200 km of one of our depots, we may dispatch a technician for on-site repairs when feasible.
In the case of a major mechanical failure that can't be resolved, we'll provide a replacement campervan subject to availability. Please note that any incidental costs arising from a breakdown — such as meals, lodging, or alternate transport — are the responsibility of the renter.
